Adoration: Day 57Posted by Claudia (Illinois, United States) on 1 July 2009 in People & Portrait. Rhumba loves me, I know this but she absolutely, positively adores my husband! He just has to cast a glance in her direction and she melts and crumples to the floor, pinning her ears back, covering her face with her paws, wagging her tail and waiting for him to come pet her. I don't know whose adoration is stronger. His...or hers. Thank you for stopping by and taking time to view my photos. If you have a few extra moments, please leave a comment--they are sincerely appreciated!

I like that..."simultaneous adoration" That fits perfectly for them. Mu husband was horrified when he saw all of his gray hair in this photo but I like it. I'll tell him you think he's handsome. That will cheer him up. :) frederique from nancy, Francelovely ...... I really like the way they look at us ...... 1 Jul 2009 12:40pm @frederique: Aren't animals the best, Fred? ( and dog!) 2 Jul 2009 10:37pm @motie: Thanks for stopping by, motie, and thanks for telling me the name of your cute poodle. I love that you call him your son. I lost one of my dogs last summer but I adored him (and miss him every day). When I was pregnant people would say, "oh, Claudia--poor Hamlet. Now he will just be a dog." And I'd say, "He will always be my first born!" I love to meet other people who love their dogs as much as I love mine. Thanks for your comment! :) Bethany from Michigan, United StatesVery nice shot- you've captured the relationship well! 3 Jul 2009 1:38am @Bethany: Thank you so much, Bethany! :) @Steve Rice: Thank you, Steve.
